Abstract

Contains an order of the Court of Oyer & Terminer held for Sussex County for the valuation of Ned, a slave belonging to the estate of Robert Owen, deceased, who was tried & convicted of a felony. The court orders that Ned be valued at ninety pounds. The order is signed by A. Claiborne, Clerk of the Court.
