Abstract

Contains a petition of Don Pedro de Pumaryo, Commander of the Ship Nostra Seniora de los Gados, & Don Francisco de Ortiz, Super Cargo of the ship and subjects of the King of Spain to Thomas Lee, President of the Council, asking for permission to unload their ship and lodge their goods in warehouses in Norfolk. According to the petition, the ships were damaged by a hurricane off the coast of Virginia on route to Spain from Havana.
