Abstract

Contains a petition of Richard Dean to Lieutenant Governor William Gooch asks for a patent for two tracts of land, one containing four hundred acres lying on the northside of the James River and on the southside of Linkinghole Creek and the other containing 382 acres in Henrico county, now in Goochland County. Also includes plats & surveys of both tracts.
