Abstract

Contains a petition of John Fitzgerald to [Lieutenant Governor William Gooch], asking that three parcels of land originally surveyed for James Grecian may be granted to petitioner. According to the petition, the first parcel consisted of 250 acres on the south side of the Meherrin River in Isle of Wight County, the second parcel consisted of 185 acres on the north side of Fountain's Creek in Brunswick County, and the third parcel consisted of 145 acres on the north side of the Meherrin River on Isle of Wight County.
