Abstract

Contains a petition of Richard Wharton, John Holloway, and John Clayton to Lieutenant Governor Alexander Spotswood asking for an allowance for their services in advising the Attorney General about the prosecution & trial of Scipio & Salvadore. According to the petition, Scipio & Salvadore were found guilty of high treason and sentenced to death.
